With a fairly densely populated city, of course, the level of health is quite low, where Bogor is a city with high rainfall. where there are many types of diseases that appear in the rainy season, for example: Acute Nashoparyngitis, Essential Primary, Acute Respiratory Tract, and others. Therefore, it is necessary to make a map of the distribution of diseases in Bogor City using the Geographic Information System method. The use of a geographic information system (GIS) involves presenting data and information in the form of a map which can be used as an attractive and varied presentation tool according to needs. The main function in using GIS in this modern era is that maps are no longer the end result in an activity because GIS can facilitate the output of the resulting maps. Conventional farming systems are characterized by the use of inorganic inputs and agrochemicals in the cultivation process. Community understanding of the negative impacts of conventional agriculture both on the environment and health has awakened people to return to living in a healthy and natural way or what is now better known as back to nature. The purposes of this research are: (1) Identify what internal and external factors are the strengths and weaknesses as well as what threats and opportunities will be faced by the Atapain farmer group, (2) Formulate and prioritize the best strategies that can be implemented and recommended to Atapain farmer group. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with twenty respondents, while secondary data was obtained from reports from institutions that are closely related to organic vegetable business. Other supporting data were obtained from internet sites, magazine articles, newspapers, previous studies as comparative material as well as a collection of information from related agencies such as the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Department of Agriculture. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively. This study identified the internal and external environmental factors that became the strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and threats to be faced by farmer groups and the decision stage. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents in instilling religious and moral values in early childhood in the digitalization era. This type of research is a qualitative using a descriptive method, namely the description of the situation experienced. Data collection used in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are that parents and teachers use several methods in instilling religious and moral values in early childhood, namely 1) exemplary methods; 2) habituation method; 3) advice method; 4) storytelling method. Educators and parents have roles in their respective environments. Educators play more of a role in the school environment, while parents play more of a role in the home environment. While t table obtained 1,666. Thus, because the value of tcount &gt; from the value of ttable where 3.960&gt;1.666, there is a significant effect of the price variable (X1) on the purchasing decision variable (Y). The value of the correlation coefficient (R) between the price variable (X1) and purchasing decisions (Y) is 0.380, which means the relationship is quite strong. The results of the regression analysis show that the value of 0.145 means that the purchase decision variable (Y) is influenced by the price variable (X1) by 15.5% and the remaining 85.5% is influenced by other X variables that are not included in this research model. The results of multiple linear regression analysis between the variables of price, product quality and service, on purchasing decisions show the Fcount value obtained is 26.616. While Ftable obtained 1,666. Thus, the value of Fcount&gt; from the value of Ftable where 26.616&gt;1.666 it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the price variable (X1), product quality variable (X2), and service variable (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y). The R value obtained is 0.262, meaning that there is a strong relationship between the price variable (X1), product quality variable (X2) and service variable (X3) and the purchasing decision variable (Y). Androgen, a hormone which will bind to the AR, is essentials for normal male sexual development. Nevertheless, one of the polymorphisms in the AR gene, G1733A (rs6152) have been associated with numerous clinical risks such as cardiovascular disease (CD), androgenetic alopecia, high prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels, male infertility, recurrent spontaneous abortions and prostate cancer. This study aims to develop an alternative and cost-effective method to detect G1773A (rs6152) polymorphism. In this study, amplification refractory mutation system-polymerase chain reaction (ARMS-PCR) using two pair of primers was used to detect the G1733A (rs6152) polymorphism. Primer design was done using http://primer1.soton.ac.uk/primer1.html online tools and then manually adjusted to increase the specificity. A total of 54 samples were screened using ARMS PCR and 2 representative samples of each allele from previous screening were used to validate the results using Sanger DNA sequencing. Among 54 subjects screened, we found 52 (96.3%) subjects carry G allele and 2 (3.7%) subjects carry A allele. No heterozygote was found in this study. The frequency of G allele was 96.97% and the frequency of A allele was 3.03%. Result validation using DNA sequencing was in agreement with ARMS-PCR method results. This research employs a quantitative methodology. There were 200 participants in this study, all of them were students. The sample is used through random sampling, which groups the adjusted ages. In this investigation, 150 samples were used. strategies for gathering data for research using a questionnaire. According to the data analysis's findings, branding and price have a considerable, simultaneous, and partial influence on consumers' decisions to buy skincare. As can be observed, the findings of the study's partial t test indicate that branding has a significance of 0.000. Research of this kind is referred to as quantitative research. The sample for this study included up to 100 respondents who were students who had utilized e-commerce at least twice. Both incidental sampling and nonprobability sampling were used in the sampling strategy. Results of questionnaires that were delivered to respondents online through Google Form were used as the major source of data for this study. While this is happening, secondary data takes the shape of linked documentation. Then, multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption test, and instrument test analysis were used to analyze the data that had been obtained. The findings of this study suggest that customer loyalty is positively and significantly influenced by brand awareness and the quality of electronic services.
