Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of JURNAL SCIENTIA must be

  1. Written in English.
  2. The length of submitted paper is at least 3 pages and no more than 10 pages. Editors will be evaluated if the papers are needing more pages than 10 pages.
  3. Use of a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose APA style
  4. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the JURNAL SCIENTIA paper template  when if it accepted.

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:

  1. Title. The title of the paper is maxed 10 words, without Acronym or abbreviation
  2. Abstract. The Abstract has a maximum 250 WORDS; No citation; State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes, and results, and the conclusions.
  3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction - The Proposed Method/Algorithm (optional) - Method - Results and DiscussionConclusion
  4. References (optional). Expect a minimum of 15 references primarily with a minimum of 10% journal articles that have a reputation and are not more than 5 years old.

Authors who publish with JURNAL SCIENTIA agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
  2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
  3. Author Fees

This journal charges the following author fees.

Article Submission: 400 (IDR)
Authors are required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the article submission process to contribute to the review fee, once the manuscript is accepted by the editor.

 

Fast-Track Review: 600 (IDR)
With this fee payment option, the review, editorial decision, and author notification on this manuscript are guaranteed to be processed within 15 days and upon acceptance, the author makes the payment.
